Fall Hydrant Flushing

The village of Union City will be flushing fire hydrants the week of October 14th thru 18th

Caution should be used when doing laundry, as some discoloration of the water may occur. This will subside when flushing is completed, and time is allowed for settling.

Any questions can be directed to the village city building at (937-968-4305)

Thank you for your patience and cooperation with this process!

Property Maintenance Reminder

The Police Department would like to recognize and thank all the residents who have taken the initiative to clean up their properties and maintain their yards. Your efforts are appreciated and make our community a better place to live.

However, we would like to remind everyone that after a homeowner receives a warning for violating the Village of Union City Property Maintenance Code, fines and court costs may be imposed if the violation is not corrected. This is important for maintaining the safety and beauty of our community.

We encourage all residents to continue taking pride in their properties and working together to keep our community looking its best. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Property Maintenance Code, please contact the Police Department.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping make the Village of Union City a great place to call home!
